Themes, a setup wizard, and the Lock Screen card exactly how you want it

Seven themes

One tap sets the bar colours, whether a bar is one piece or blocks, the Lock Screen background and the typeface, and they follow light and dark on their own. Nine typefaces to choose from, shown before you pick. Chop any bar into blocks like a fuel gauge, and colour bars by usage, by usage as a gradient laid along the bar, or give a meter its own colour.

A setup wizard

The Lock Screen card, one question at a time: which meters, how many and how big, the bars, the typeface, the background, how the numbers read, with your own card in front of you the whole way. Cancel puts everything back. The Mac has its own, for the menu bar and the popover.

The card

Choose how big the top row is, how many meters fit, and whether each meter carries its account's name. Reset times count down live. Put the refresh button and the timestamp where you want them. The Dynamic Island shows the two numbers you pick, in their own colours, and expands to as many as six meters.

Widgets and the Mac

The large Home Screen widget holds up to twelve meters, each with its bar, and every widget has a refresh button. On the Mac, right-click any meter to put it in the menu bar or take it out, with the same themes and bar shapes. Vision Pro gets the themes and a settings sheet that finally has the looks in it.

Fixed

• The Lock Screen refresh button, three separate problems. It now says when a refresh fetched nothing.
• A Codex token with a space in it stopped sign-in and blamed the token.
• Disconnect clears your other devices too, and now says so first.
• Widgets follow light and dark, History counts readings properly, and a meter past its reset no longer shows a bare time.
• On the Mac, moving an account section up or down now sticks, and a Credits meter can leave the menu bar again.
