Every AI subscription has a limit, and not one of them makes it easy to see. Runlow puts Claude, Codex, Gemini, Cursor, GitHub Copilot and OpenRouter side by side as clean colour coded meters that shade from green to red as they fill, so you know where you stand before you hit a wall in the middle of something.

Connect any of them, or all of them. Nothing is Claude first and nothing is hidden behind a tier.

• Claude: your 5 hour session, weekly caps, per model lanes and credit spend, across multiple accounts
• Codex (ChatGPT): 5 hour session and weekly limits, read from the Codex CLI
• Gemini CLI: remaining quota per model, picked up automatically as Google adds or retires models
• Cursor: plan usage and on demand spend
• GitHub Copilot: premium request allowance remaining
• OpenRouter: credit balance plus what you have spent today, this week and this month

On your Lock Screen, your wrist and your menu bar

Pin the meter you care about to the Lock Screen or the Dynamic Island as a Live Activity and see what is left without opening anything. On the Mac the number lives in the menu bar next to the clock. On Apple Watch it is on your wrist. Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets keep it in view everywhere else.

Warned before you hit the wall

Optional notifications at 80 and 95 per cent, and again the moment a limit resets, so a long session does not end in a surprise. A history graph shows every limit over time and exports as CSV if you want to dig further.

Make it yours

Choose which meter leads. Pick an icon or use your own image. Show a percentage, a countdown, a bar or just the number. Set your own colours or let each bar shade by usage. Hide the meters you do not care about. Light, dark or match the system.

Nothing leaves your device

No account to create, no server of ours, no analytics, no tracking. Runlow reads your usage on your own machine and keeps it there. Your credentials live in the Keychain and sync only through your own iCloud if you choose.
